After you place your order via WhatsApp, we will confirm the final total including delivery charges. You can then pay securely using Google Pay or Bank Transfer.

No. We do not accept online payments on the website. Payment is done separately after our team contacts you via WhatsApp.

Delivery charges depend on your location and order size. We confirm this when we respond to your order on WhatsApp.

As our items are perishable, they cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. However, refunds for lost or damaged orders will be processed using the same payment method used while placing the order, within five business days. Any charges related to payment processing will be deducted during the refund.

Replacements will be considered (within 5 business days) only if:
– The product(s) have been damaged at the time of delivery. Please email photos and videos to foods.viji@gmail.com to request a replacement.
– Or if we have sent you a wrong product.

Delivery time will be advised once payment is received. Any delays in delivery by the courier company will not be our responsibility. We will do our best to assist in resolving any delay, but the final responsibility rests with the courier company.

Yes, we do. Please note that our responsibility for the order ends once we hand it over to the courier company. Any unforeseen delay due to customs or other regulations cannot be our responsibility. Any duty charges applicable at the receiving end are the sole responsibility of the receiver.
